Increase the effectiveness of your Cable Lock® with a heavy steel loop firmly anchored on the floor or a wall. Ideal for concrete parking areas stripped of anything that you can tie your bike to. Held down by 4 expanding bolts (concrete drill bit not included). The bolts are covered by a steel plate to prevent access. An additional shim plate is supplied to remove excessive slack when using smaller diameter locks. Cobralinks not included.
