VERTEX PISTONS
All Vertex Pistons Kits included piston, circlips and piston pin. All pistons listed are for standard bore size with the choice of “B” or “C” : piston. The “C” piston is the larger of the two standard sizes.

Cast aluminum alloy (not forged) with a 18-21% silicone content gives you a light but strong piston with great wear resistance.
Piston skirts are Bisulphide coated for faster break-in time and increased piston life.
All pistons are heat treated with a T-5 hardening and tempering cycle.
Chromate steel ring are the finest available for racing.
With proper break-in, Vertex pistons will not experience the problems commonly associated with forged pistons.
